2. Energy saving and consumption reduction
Three ways to save energy and reduce consumption starting from drying methods of plastic infrared dryer :
(1) Combined drying method
Due to the diversity of materials and the complexity of their properties, drying materials with a single drying method often fails to meet the quality requirements of the final product, or consumes too much energy. If two or more drying methods are combined, and different drying methods are used in different moisture stages of the material, it can not only effectively improve drying efficiency, save energy, but also better control the entire drying process, which is conducive to obtaining high Quality products, this drying method is called combined drying.
(2) Wind direction control method
Co-current drying and counter-current drying are the two most common air supply methods, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Mixed flow drying combines the advantages of both, which not only makes drying uniform, but also accelerates drying speed, shortens drying time and saves energy.
(3) Segmented drying method
The same drying method has its different drying stages, and different drying parameters can be adopted according to the characteristics of the stage of the material, which is called segmented drying.
