The drum of Batch by batch IRD use stainless steel rotary drum with diamond-shaped material module instead of internal helix transports material with tumbling action to expose all surfaces to infrared rays. It is easier to adjust the rotation speed of the drum according to the characteristics of the material. According to the flow of materials, user can adjust the speed of the drum without affecting the material drying time.
